Here is the Kawaii Jelly Fish illustration from my last post coloured in.  I’ve used copic markers – which I am still learning to use correctly – or lets say to use them in a way that would fit what I see in my head.  I used Quill 200gsm cover paper which is also not a paper known for working well with alcohol markers.  I own some copic design, some copic sketch, some copic ciao, mepxy markers and even a few ironlak markers.  Quite a few of them I acquired second hand, so that I wasn’t forking out mega moola on something that I potentially would not enjoy.

I also have a new doodle that I finished today

Kawaii Character Doodle Line Art

Kawaii Character Doodle Line Art (full size version for colouring A4)

The doodle above has two characters I have borrowed for the illustration from others, one of them is the little cactus to the right of the image, I have seen this little guy on what looks like wrapping paper of lots of cute cacti, I do not know whoe the artist is, if you do, let me know and I will credit them.  The other is the little stripey guy in the centre, he is from a drawing by (I think) Michele Liza Kaiser-Pelayre the designer behind sugar overkill.

That’s all for now
Good Night, Wherever you are!
